Terms of Use

These terms govern yearnkeep.com and the Yearnkeep iOS experience. This page is the product-facing summary used for onboarding. Counsel may replace it with a long-form instrument before public launch; the grants below will not become vaguer.

1. What Yearnkeep is

Yearnkeep provides interactive romance fiction. The first story is Wrong Number. You guide the fictional protagonist Claire. Characters, messages, calls, tickets, and relationships are fiction.

2. Age

You must be at least 16 years old to use Yearnkeep.

3. Purchases

The complete continuation may be offered as a one-time App Store non-consumable purchase.
It is not a subscription in version 1.
Purchases unlock digital fiction only. They never transfer money or assistance to a character.
Apple’s terms govern billing, refunds, and restores for App Store purchases.

4. Choices and content

Choices affect the authored story graph. They do not create a relationship with a real person. Heat settings change intensity within a non-explicit, consent-aware romance ceiling.

5. No live generative dialogue

The runtime does not display or speak model-generated character language. Lines and SMS templates are authored, screened, and selected by a finite state machine.

6. Optional carrier SMS

Optional, separate double opt-in. Not required for play or purchase. STOP / HELP, quiet hours, and revocation apply. See Permissions.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, reverse-engineer paid packs for piracy, harass others using support channels, or attempt to treat fictional characters as real persons for fraud or harm.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided as entertainment fiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yearnkeep is not liable for decisions you make after reading fiction. Jurisdiction and limitation language will match the counsel-approved long form when published.
